The Honda BRV is possibly one of the most awaited Honda cars in the last few years. With the SUV segment going crazy and cars like the Hyundai Creta gaining huge success in the Indian markets, the BRV is a sure shot winner for Honda. The new Honda BRV will go up against the Creta along with cars like the Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano and other SUVs like the Mahindra Scorpio and the Tata Safari Storme.
On the exterior front, the BRV does resemble other Honda products but still manages to make its own mark when it comes to design. The front looks quite sleek with the Honda City inspired headlamps and the grille has a chunky look. Move towards the rear of the car and you are greeted by a unique tail lamp design that runs right across the tailgate. There is a lot of chrome garnish sprinkled around the car with a large piece dominating the tailgate and across the bottom of the doors. What we are most thankful on the design front though is how the BR-V actually does look like an SUV and not just a pumped up version of the Mobilio.
The Honda BRV interior is also inspired heavily from the Jazz and the City. In India, the BRV will get beige interiors with a leather interior option. This compact SUV will also get leather seats and a push button start with a large touchscreen infotainment screen. The main advantage the BRV will have is that it is a seven seater with enough space for seven adults. The middle row and last rows are both quite spacious both in terms of legroom and headroom.
